Marketing and Recruitment

Recruiting and repatriating physicians, medical residents and physician assistants, as well as retaining health care professionals and graduates in Ontario, is the focus of the Marketing and Recruitment department. 

Community Partnership Program
The Community Partnership Program is a new community-based initiative of HealthForceOntario. The program will provide on-the-ground physician recruitment support to community recruiters, health care organizations and health care providers within Local Health Integration Network (LHIN) areas across Ontario. 

Upcoming Events 
Representatives from the department travel throughout the year to promote Ontario at provincial, national and international conferences and career fairs.

The events are selected according to evidence-based research that reflect Ontario's health care needs and also from conference attendance and province/state demographics.
