In addition to my responsibilities at HealthForceOntario Marketing and Recruitment Agency, I am also chair of the Canadian Association of Staff Physician Recruiters.
My prior experience includes working at the Ontario Medical Association (OMA), where I recruited members, administered the Ontario Rural Locum program and served as the liaison to the Ontario Medical Student Association. I also worked as a physician recruiter for six years in Chatham-Kent. The program grew from being a pioneer in physician recruitment to being featured for best practices in CBC-TV’s Doc Zone documentary called "Desperately Seeking Doctors."

What I Can Do For You
- Offer on-the-ground physician recruitment support to community recruiters and health care organizations.
- Help physicians and residents learn about job opportunities and explore communities of interest.
- Connect physicians, nurses, communities, and health care organizations to other programs and resources of the Agency.
- Work with Ontario’s medical schools to promote and support their community-based outreach activities.
- Link health care organizations with provincial nursing recruitment and retention initiatives.
- Promote Ontario at provincial, national and international conferences and career fairs.
- Support LHIN-based health human resource planning.
