Practice Ontario is a new career-planning service for Queen’s University postgraduate medical residents. This initiative is a joint venture between Queen’s School of Medicine,
Faculty of Health Sciences Postgraduate Medical Education (PGME) and HealthForceOntario Marketing and Recruitment Agency (HFO MRA).
Queen’s postgraduate trainees can connect with a Community Partnership Coordinator (CPC) from HFO MRA to explore locum and permanent practice opportunities throughout Ontario. Your CPC can also assist with résumé preparation and arrange visits to, and interviews with, potential employers.
These services are free and offered either by phone, e-mail, or in-person at events such as Family Medicine Academic Days and as requested at specialty training sites.
