Health Care Sector Profiles

The Nursing Graduate Guarantee (NGG) Initiative provides Ontario’s new nursing graduates (Registered Nurses and Registered Practical Nurses), with up to six-months of valuable full-time employment workplace experience in a variety of health care sectors. During this extended orientation experience, RNs and RPNs receive mentoring from senior nursing staff. Learn more.
