Tips for HFOJobs Users
Register
- Go to www.HealthForceOntario.ca/hfojobs
- Scroll midway down the page to the relevant Physician section and select
Click here to register!
- Complete the required fields.
- Submit.
- Receive your User ID and Password confirmation via e-mail.
Search
- Go to www.HealthForceOntario.ca/hfojobs
- Login with your User ID and Password in the upper-right corner of the screen.
- Choose specialty.
- Select search criteria and click Search to view all positions available.
- Select positions of interest for further details.
(Bookmark if you would like to continue searching.)
Apply
- Follow "Search" steps 1-5 above.
- Once viewing a position of interest, click on Apply for this Position.
- Complete the required fields.
- Upload your CV by following the steps below:
- Select Browse.
- Choose your file on your computer.
- Select Open.
- Select Click to attach your CV.
- Submit.

Personal Job Alerts
Receive an e-mail when a position posted on HFOJobs matches your career interests.
- Go to www.HealthForceOntario.ca/hfojobs.
- Complete the registration process as outlined on this page.
- Log in with your User ID and Password in the upper-right corner of the screen.
- From the Job Search page, select Search Criteria for the type of position that appeals to you.
- From the Search Results page, select Create a Job Alert from this search and create a name
for your job alert.
- Select submit.
