• I am an international medical graduate living in Ontario who is not currently practicing or in training and not CPSO license-eligible [?].

• I am a Canadian citizen currently studying medicine outside of North America.
• I am a Canadian citizen on a J1 Visa currently in residency in the U.S. or in the process of applying for a J1 Visa.
