The Nursing Career OrIENtation (NCO) Initiative is designed to support Internationally-Educated Nurses (IENs) newly registered in Ontario in transitioning to practice in an Ontario health care setting and provide them with a full-time job opportunity.

Participation in the Nursing Career OrIENtation is open to all IENs meeting the eligibility criteria.
