OSCE Preparation Sessions for the Internationally Educated Nurses Competence Assessment Program (IENCAP)

The goal of this session is to help participants become familiar with the OSCE (Objective Structured Clinical Examination) which is a part of the College of Nurses of Ontario’s assessment process for Internationally Educated Nurses.

The session will include:

  • An overview of the IENCAP and OSCE.
  • Review of common questions and problems associated with the OSCE.
  • Practice with mock stems and a Standardized Patient.
  • Strategies and resources to help participants prepare for the OSCE.

  • Thursday, October 20, 2016 | 10:00am to 4:00pm

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible to register, you must be a client of the Access Centre. If you are not a client, please  register online.

You must also have received direction from the CNO to take the IENCAP assessment.

  • The name and date of the session you would like to attend
  • The date you are scheduled to take the IENCAP assessment (not applicable if you do not have a confirmed date yet)
