Community/Rural Physician Eligibility
Community criteria:
- Rurality Index of Ontario (RIO) score ≥ 75; or
- RIO ≥ 40 and < 75 and with either 7 or less FPs or
- Rural Northern Physician Group Agreement (RNPGA).

Rural Family Physician criteria:
- Physicians must be working full time based on community definition and
- Physicians must spend at least 50% of the community definition of full-time providing primary care services.
